The staff couldn’t tell us which rooms did not allow pets. We are asthmatic and they put us in two different rooms that had had pets because they couldn’t figure out which rooms did not allow them. There were bugs in the breakfast area.

What is not to like! Our stay was awesome. The only minor glitch was 318 has some mold on the bottom edges of the shower and the shower floor could be bleached and scrubbed. Please consider 4 bath towels in each room. We will stay here each time we stay in Kirksville from now on.

I always stay at the Hampton Inn. It’s the best hotel in Kirksville.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The room was very nice and very clean. The gym was very nice and very clean.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks around the Midwest. Each night has been a different hotel. This was the most expensive and the absolute worst of all of them. My husband had to fix the toilet. The hallways were sticky from someone spilling. Cigarette smoke from downstairs came up into the room and caused me to have an asthma attack. There’s a reason we get nonsmoking!! Went to breakfast at 8:40 and there was nothing left! And they refused to refill anything. Said they didn’t even have a box of cereal!! $200 for a room to be miserable and then not even get an apple for breakfast. Do better!!
