Wifi signal was very poor in our room so essentially unusable. The heating was full on even though it was unnecessary and there was no way to control it so we had to open a window: one was painted shut and the other one wouldn’t stay open. The restaurant was mediocre.

Had a car crash and the hotel eould not let me re-book.. poor customer service..

Had a great stay, staff couldn’t have done more to assist. Lovely room, spacious. Breakfast was great, steak pie was stunning !!

I returned from a trip to Dingwall on the Sunday and was looking forward to a High Tea however, when I reached here I was advised that the Kitchen was being rewired so, there was no availability of a High Tea, which was disappointing.
