Checked in at 4pm and booked room was not ready. So at least they upgraded us. Weren’t overly friendly. Room was nice. Good location for eating out and close to shops.

I've been to Ireland many times, my mom was from Kinsale and we visit her family. I've always wanted to stay at the Actons Hotel, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, great food and drink at Sidney's Pub, amazing breakfast in the restaurant each morning. Our room was so nice with floor to ceiling window with view of harbor. Walk to downtown area so quickly. Staff were the nicest hotel staff I've ever met, very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend Actons Hotel in Kinsale.

Waterfront in Kinsale

The hotel was easy to find, there was parking available on site, we utilized the leisure/pool area and the hotel was easy walking distance to the downtown area. The staff allowed us to leave the car for a few hours past checkout to give us more time to sightsee. Breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable.
