"We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!"
"What a delightful hostel with ryoken style rooms and a beautiful onsen. The views were also wonderful of the sea! Great service, great place and accessible to the train station, too!"
"I only speak English and French but was traveling with a Japanese friend. The hotel guests were 95% Japanese which shows how good of a reputation it has. Very nice hotel but may be difficult if you are not traveling with someone who speaks Japanese"
"If you’re like me and like stylish, trendy ,special designed houses. Then you will love this place. It’s new, clean, and a unique design. Wish we could stay longer. "
"There's no private bathroom in the room. Most Japanese accommodations provide a yukata robe, especially for when accessing common bathroom facilities. This property had none to offer. Wifi connection was excellent as well. It would've been even better if the kitchen had water views. The staff was generally friendly and provided great service, however, we would have appreciated it if we were advised of the schedule of shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel as we had to catch taxi on...

"A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone."
