"I’d say it was very convenient for a 2-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily. The check-in process was easy — I did it through a self-service machine and received my room key immediately. I was surprised at how close it was to Atami Station (a 5-minute walk) and right next to the car rental center where I dropped off my car. Since it’s quite close to the station, there are plenty of eateries around, and there’s also a Family Mart just across the street. "

"The room was amazing with a killer view for fireworks. It was right next to the river that cuts through town so the sound of water can be heard from the room. Just beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. "

However, please note: • The location is quite far from the seaside, about a 15–20 minute walk. • The building layout is complex, with many stairs. • Overall cleanliness is acceptable. • It is evident that the place is understaffed — most of the time, only one staff member is present. • It may be difficult to find assistance when needed, as the staff might be on an upper floor. • Breakfast is extremely simple. • Be aware that the curfew is at 11:00 PM"
