I didn’t stay at this property, however my family and I drove three hours and when we got there they told us that they were overbooked. The manager would not come to the property to help resolve the issue. While waiting in the lobby six other customers were complaining that the air had gone out in their rooms. Needless to say that I was very distraught and disappointed with the circumstances, Hilton and the way the manger who mishandled the situation. She told me over the phone that she would be there the next morning by 8am and couldn’t help me for the night. I will be issuing a formal complaint against this particular property.

There was no stopper for the tub and my kids do not take showers yet. Also, there was no blow dryer, but the holder was there. No extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed. And no extra towels to take showers or face. Lady at the front desk was busy talking on the phone to take the time to look for stuff. Amenities that said were going to be there were not there. Lastly it seemed that there was alot missing in the room. I was in a suite and it seemed to have less. Nothing like the picture

No hot water

The hotel was nice and the staff, especially the maintenance person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a late check in when I woke to get ready, I had no hot water. I needed to be somewhere and could not shower. The hotel offered to move me to another room, and unfortunately that room did not have any hot water either after I had moved so they moved me to another room the next evening and that water was warm but definitely not hot. Apparently there was a whole section of the hotel that had water issues. Other than that it was fine.
