Didn’t like the air condition system . No AC in living room . AC in bedrooms go on and off during the night.
Kingston is too hot not to have 24 hr AC.

Sorry about the AC the way the building was built We cannot have an AC in the living room but the two bedroom the AC bedroom two should stay on once you’re in their. You did not reach out to the manager so we can address the issues. When we asked if everything was OK, you did not express any concern.

I liked the location. The apartment however was under construction..The kitchen and bathroom cupboards stored paint and other chemical supplies..The closets stored barrels, the doors are all dirty. The bathroom odor is worse than any septic. It scent disturbs your rest especially at night.. The shower curtain is mouldy.. There is no washing facility in the apartment, there is filthy dark hole on the ground floor for tenants to pay JA$400 to wash and JA$400 to spin your clothes because they are far from dry.. The apartment needs much work to be done.. It is hazardous and unsafe .

Thank you for booking a Dorchester we are going to start renovating the apartment that’s why I have paint in the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. Also for me to keep price down I offer the laundry room downstairs for two dollars and 50 US per wash and dry.I feel the dorchester is a safe place for visitors to come we have a security guard at the gate , concierge in the lobby and also I have a camera at the door being monitored by a company. Thank you for your feedback

Apt bldg reminded me of low income housing. Receptionist not equipped to assist effectively.

The receptionist is not the one that gives out information about the apartment the owner send you the information once you book the Dorchester receptionist will call the manager once you reach so he can check you in. Never lived in a low income housing so I’m not sure how it look The Dorchester is a very nice building.

I like the location of the property, it was surrounding by hot spots and amenities. This is my 2nd time staying at this property and i like it. The care taker Mr. Hall was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the contact information provided on Expedia was incorrect. Which ended up causing some communication issues.

I do not put washer and dryer in the apartment because I want to make the apartment more affordable to Book if I put a washer and dryer in the apartment I have to charge more I feel the washer and dryer in the building is convenient it only $2.50US to use the machine. As a single person traveling to Jamaica I find the apartment very safe there is a camera at the door being monitor by a company you also need a swiper card to get into the building and it’s also security at the gate. We have paint in the bottom of the cupboard in the kitchen because we are getting ready to paint the apartment.
