Was very clean and private enough had my family come check me and take menout on the road communication was fairly easy was left alone to my own till check out day besides housekeeping which wasnt daily but she comes enough where u can tell her wjats needed or missing most definitely looking to book again but cant seem to find the apartment on here again..

Stay here from 3/26 to 3/29. Wonderful nice quiet. The only this about the place is nothing. Nice place to be at. The vehicle that honk there horn , that's just typical and normal in Jamaica. Those horn or like music to my ears.

The renting Agent Janice is very professional and helpful, however the TV has no channels, the Air conditioning can not be regulated, the remote does not work , not even ON or OFF, the apartment requires plumbing work both in the kitchen and the bathroom, you can barley get hot water to flow out of the shower, overall the place is quite, if not those inconveniences my time there would have been great

Dear Danny, Thank you for your review. The air conditioning remote is in fact working. you were pressing the wrong button. Regarding the kitchen and bathroom faucet it flows freely. you suggested a Plummer we did have a Plummer come to look at it. Everything was working properly. With regards to the channels you wanted movies from pay per view, that you would have to pay for. I am sorry that your stay was not pleasant as you would have wanted it to be.

I love that the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The owners were very nice and when I had an issue they got right on it. One thing that I didn't know and didn't see when booked was that they didn't allow kids which was a huge disappointment. Every other day we had someone clean which was nice. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

I think the condo locaton is ideal being close to Devon House. Sovergn Shopping Mall, and Bob Marley Museum and for me all are walkable.

Hospitality was exceptional. Felt like home from home. Great reception pack and the introduction to the local environment was very much appreciated. At times the local traffic noise was a little excessive but with the other service and reception this was never an issue. We had a great time. Finally, just to say this is not a facility suitable for disability access.
