Great location in the heart of Kingston . Very friendly staff and great views over the lake . Bedrooms are spacious . Reasonably priced .

Great location for viewing the port, but parking is very limited. There is also no ramp at the front door for anyone using a wheelchair or rollator. Furniture is also a bit dated.

Room 502- tub backed up in the middle of night, coated in body hair, none of us got to shower. Waited 30 minutes for maintenance, when they didn't show, we cancelled the call until we were expecting to check out. Room service entered room while guests in room without knocking. Reception friendly.

We had a great stay, excellent location for getting around downtown. Staff were warm and welcoming, bed was super comfy, breakfast was a good start to the day!
