I truly loved there but not the location that much it was convenient though with all the places around like food and so on. But the noise was something my main issue for it but I felt safe and secured I would go back again for sure.

It is a nice little oasis in the thriving hub of the downtown business district. My room was situated at the back of the property so it wasn’t too noisy and so I could work without disruption. The internet was great as they use starling. Very centrally located and easy to get around, just be conscious of your surroundings as you would in any city of the world. The owners were very amenable and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Amazing property. Safely gated you feel very comfortable. Host and staff are amazing very kind. Would definitely stay here when in Kingston felt safe.

Posted 5 Nov 2023 on HotelsExcellent location when you need to be walking distance from the Registrar General Department and/or the Supreme Court of Jamaica! Safe, secure, unbeatable location walking distance from FedEx, DHL, food, banks, printing/copier services, gas station, and more! The owners have thought of everything for a convenient stay from the great coffee and peppermint tea station and larger trash and microwave available in the common areas to the mini fridges, smart TV, ice cold air conditioning, dining table and chairs, and armoire in the rooms. Someone is available onsite day and night and you can come and go freely but security with a lovely key fob scan system so you still have your independence and aren't waiting around to be let in and out. Friendly and helpful staff get you any extras you need for the room no problem. Highly recommend for those looking for a safe and affordable alternative in the underserved middle ground between the extremes of hostel and hotels like the ROK and the R. I hope the owners open one of these in Montego Bay at the same price point! Love this hidden gem, thank you from me and my husband!

At first I was uncertain of what to expect. But once I got inside the building I was very pleased. Very clean, affordable, comfortable, I satyed in room 4 and it seemed to be newly built. Furnitures seemed new, Tv, fridge, Ac, Hot water. Nicely done
