I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and you will see me again. The 3 bedroom house was.clean and nice very modern and up to date very nice place to stay.

Mr Anderson is a very good host and a good communicator. The smart lock on the door facilitated my brothers accessing the villa independently of my going and comings. I dont like it when hosts insisted on only giving us one key, so it was a huge plus. Overall the villa and the host exceeded my expectations.

The Good and Bad of the Villa

The venue was comfortable, clean, and safe (2 gate security clearance). It had all the amenities of home- kitchen with utensils, microwave, kettle, etc. Queens size beds and A/C in both rooms. No A/C in the living room though. Good WiFi and smart TV. Communication was very lacking in that I texted one number and another number (property manager) contacted me when I was in transit. I thought I was scammed because I didn't hear from him before I left home. I didn't notice the text message until the security guard contacted the property manager directly. Thank God he had his number because I wouldn't know what to do. Subsequently, my uncle booked the same accommodation a few days earlier but never got through to the manager. Apparently the place was double booked!!! "Lucky" for me, my uncle didn't get through. (Shake my head) Other than the lack of communication and the propensity to double book, we had a pleasant stay!

We were not double booked nor did yo uncle booked with us or the experience would have been the same. Casa Victoria is a private villa, and we do not represent all villas being rented; if your uncle booked elsewhere in the same villa complex, we would not have any control.

We gave this a 5 star mainly because of Mr Anderson the manager. Pros: The villa is well kept, the community and surrounding is very secure, Wi-Fi was not an issue and in general the villa exceeded my expectation. Cons: The pool closes at about 7pm, shops are not in walking distance. Overall, we have a good three-day family getaway.

I am not sure why Expedia told us we could have use of the Cubana for a party, but it turns out a party was not allowed. The host worked very hard to help us to get a place for the event. The villa is above expectation and the host is a very warm and empathetic gentleman. Mr Anderson, thank you for all your help.

Nice secures gated community with guards. Awesome villa, clean bed, hot water, AC and Wi-Fi. Mr. Anderson was a great host. We will book again

I got my confirmation from expedia for the booking on 04/25/22, i called and text the host 72 hrs before and up to this day i dont hear from the host. I showed up to the property and i couldn't get in. I wasted my whole day trying to get in and still didn't get in touch with the host

A less-than-perfect review is a nudge to improve, and we always take the good with the bad. We normally say thanks when we get an imperfect review and try to learn from the experience. However, we do take exception when the guest contacts us the day of arrival asking for a 100% refund on a reservation that has been on the calendar for months, and then post a review like this. This is false and does not nearly reflect what happened. We appreciate the feedback just the same and apologize for any financial loss due to his inability to come and use his reservation. The guest said he was in an accident on the way to the airport on the day of arrival. If that was true, we wish him a speedy recovery.
