Staff was very friendly. Checkin process was very quick, not even five minutes. Probably the fastest checkin I’ve ever had. Room was nice and clean.

Its a good place to crash after the Bristol Nascar Race...only 20min away.

We had a non-smoking room and neither of us smoke. When the room door was opened, there was an overwhelming smell of a lemony soapy deodorizer smell, presumably to hide the odors left by a prior guest. We couldn't get rid of it, turning the AC on or opening the window or doors. It stank and was so unpleasant we considered sleeping in the car. We left as soon as we awakened in the AM. And the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. This could not be a 8.2 hotel.
