The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the AC blew cold and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was perfect.

Kingsport Trip to See Family.
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe were in to see family this weekend and decided to stay at this property. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and professional. The property was clean and in good shape. The only issue I would say was the shower head was a little stopped up other than on the massage setting. Otherwise, we had a great visit and would recommend this property.

Double the Kings

Very clean, breakfast was good and had large variety. We didn’t use the pop but wished we would’ve brought our suits, it looked very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the total stay was enjoyable

Disappointed kids
Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe called to ask if pool was heated before booking they lied it’s not heated.when we asked why the pool was 70 degrees the lady said it’s not a therapy pool I promise it’s heated. The manager in the morning said the pool is set to 86 I showed him the thermometer that said 72 I told he said yeah I took your call I remember you asking I said we Drove out of our way that’s why we called. They made us put a $250 hold on a credit card because we used hotel.com. We never had that before. At breakfast I talked to a sewer maintenance man who said it’s been that cold for the couple weeks he had stayed there.
