The bath room was dirty when we checked in. The parking was dirty. The rooms did not look like the picture they show online they also so that they have hot tubs in the description online but when we got to the property they said they do not have hot tubs

I am a business owner who had employees staying at this property for over a month. My employees are a 30 year old and 20.5 year old. I accidently booked the room in the 20.5 year old's name for the week. The owner reused to check him in. I understand the underage policy, but the owner would not compromise nor would he refund our money.

The staff very nicely switched my room to nonsmoking after I mistakenly booked smoking. The property was old but care had been taken with updates, and cleaning. The breakfast was good.
