Even though the hotel is located in a Casino the rooms are very quiet.

**THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE*** None. Zero. No cocktails to the room, no food to the room. Totally bizarre. Other than that, the casino is fun, the staff is always amazing, and the rooms are big and nice with a sitting area with couch, TV, desk and chair. Super comfy bed, linens, and pillows. Huge shower and dressing area.

It was a nice place, but rooms are outdated. If you have allergies, bring a mini humidifier as rooms are very stuffy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Our safe did not work as it was the older type and a key was needed. No staff in the hotel has the key or knew where to get the key. Although they were willing to give us a new room, we just used our friends safe. We stayed at the stardust tower and had to go to the casino tower to get wrist bands for the pools. - this makes no sense to me. We should be able to get the wrist bands at our tower, I shouldn’t have to walk through the casino to do this as it’s time consuming AND they should tell you this when you check-in. However, the staff is super friends and helped any way they could. Overall it was a nice stay. I don’t think I would stay again as for the price we paid, it needs a very big update.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel was priced better than most in the area and everything was good. No issues and clean. Only issue is the smoking in Casio but that is in a different building from hotel.
