There were socks left on the floor in our room. That tells me that it was not properly cleaned.

The Hampton Inn made the trip to King of Prussia a pleasure. We like the accommodations and friendly service by the staff.

The guy at the front desk when we first came in the building his attitude was horrible. He kept spitting up cold.(very unprofrssional)
When it was time to check in we had another gentleman check us in... now his service was amazing.
Day of check out same guy from the first day we walked in... as we was checking out I asked if they had a room to put our luggage..he said we dont have room in our storage. I asked may I just leave my luggagehere as my daughter has one more dr apt at CHOP before we fly out.
Return from the dr apt...his come back to us was you need to take your bags..we said we are we are waiting on uber.
Besides the bad experience with the guys on the desk the hotel was ok.
