"Love the vibe of the place! Staff was really nice and loved having the coffee shop. They do movie nights by the pool. Which looked cool. Our room was clean, beds were comfy. No complaints. "

"Our third floor room faced the neighborhood adjacent to the property. There was a party going on with loud music until after midnight. We could hear it even with the wondow closed. Then someone was shooting off M80's....at least 5. At first we thought it was gun fire. It made sleeping near to impossible. I was up until 3 AM. This was our first time staying at this property. The room was nice. Staff was friendly. But our stay was uncomfortable due to the outside noise and blasts."

"Everything was good for the price you paid. Service was good and responsive.The only thing we didn't like was the initial smell. It smelled a little like weed. The shampoo was out but they refilled it the next day. There were some flies in our room. The pillows were not very comfortable. Some were too soft, too hard, or uneven with its fluff. Other than that, everything else was pretty good."

"The advertisement photos and descriptions for this property are completely misleading. During my stay with my family, we discovered black mold along the bathroom edges, rust throughout the bathtub, peeling paint, and overall poor room conditions. The room was also advertised as non-smoking, yet it smelled old, musty, and heavily of smoke upon arrival. Due to the health and cleanliness concerns, I immediately requested to cancel the remainder of my stay, but the property refused to issue a refund. I am extremely disappointed that a hotel with these conditions is still operating and continuing to advertise rooms that do not accurately reflect the actual property. This experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and far below reasonable hospitality standards."

"This hotel is not recommended unless you really can't afford $35 a night more. Noisy, rude people staying there. You have to ask for towels, there are none in the room when you check in"
