The room felt like it was neglected, the bathroom was dirty and there was no soap in the bathroom, we also had one towel for the two of us. On my last day I even ran into a cockroach in the bathroom. I’m sorry but that place needs a little tlc.

Room itself was very spacious and the amenities and staff were very helpful and nice. Room itself was generally clean although they had clearly missed a few spots (namely hairs on the toilet seat and dust across a few surfaces hence the four star review) the location was good and the checkout process was also very smooth.

Unfortunately im very upset, the rooms were infested with roaches. Parking lot and stairwell was filthy with roaches garbage used condoms and hookers in parking lot.As we checked in a woman was complaining about bugs and the asked for another room checkin clerk told her to use her bug spray. The check in clerk refused to refund us our money.back.This place is disgusting the very worst experience so far in my life.
