"Staff is very kind and agreeable. Great access. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Facilities are convenient overall. Especially, I enjoyed tea mini bar on the 3rd floor. If the bathtub was deeper, it would be beyond perfect. Definitely, I’ll come back. "The Grand Mercure is a lovely hotel. This is our second stay here and likely will be our next stay the next time we return to Seoul. Our room was on the 20th floor with beautiful city views. The amenities including in room laundry, full kitchen and sitting area. The front desk and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Seoul."

"There is a Kiosk for check in/out. Very easy to use.
Room was spacious and clean. When we visited there was a cold snap in Seoul, but the room was warm and pleasant. Airport Limo Bus 6702 drops you off at the front entrance of the Ramada Inn & Suites also picks up at same location. The hotel is within walking distance of Seoul Station (10 min. walk) so can easily catch metro or Korail trains. Also the Lottee Zetaplex is at Seoul Station. Can also walk to City Hall Station and Lottee...
