"When we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were quickly assigned our room then we went to the 10th floor. The room was secure, clean, and spacious. The A/C also worked well and we were comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to amenities such as Myeongdong and shopping. I thank the Fraser Place Namdaemun for their accommodation and service."

"I really enjoyed my stay! The place was lovely, the buffet had a great selection, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were amazing and friendly. Great location—walking distance to Myeongdong Station, underground and outdoor shopping, groceries, and lots of restaurants!"

"We are a family of 5 and planning a trip for 5 isnt the easiest. The hotel rates are reasonable and had everything we needed. The hotel is in the same building as Ramada hotel where the airport bus 6702 stops right in front. You have to go to the 7th floor to use the kiosk to check in. The checkin was the quickest as I only had to enter my name in the kiosk. The staff was there to sign out an extra card. The room was spacious and had kitchen even with a rice cooker. Whatsapp messaging to staff was convenient and they respond quickly. Laundry detergent wasn't in the room but the staff brought it to the suite promptly when asked. . Lotte mart near Seoul station is less than 10 minute walk and they kept our luggages as we are heading to Busan and returning back. I would stay here again."

"First of all the location is perfect! Close to all the main attractions, metro and bus stations! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, the view was amazing!! Breakfast was good but almost the same every day, some changes would be nice. One negative element though.. We were a couple and out 11 year old daughter and there was only one bed and it was not even king. It was barely comfortable but we managed..."

"Good location, Connected to duty Free shop and Lotte Dept store, Clean rooms although old hotel the renovation was done nicely. Only thing lacks lounge, bar area, they have a small corner that opens late, shut down being a lounge to serve lunch or dinner, I had to walk to next Hotel for a Coffey."

"Staff is their greatest strength. Thank you for the flexibility of adjusting our breakfast despite coming in really early before check in. There was a discrepancy in the Expedia detail - breakfast is only for 2 people even if 3 are allowed in a room but Aiden Kim was kind enough to listen and gave us free breakfast. Availability of airport shuttle was really helpful especially when our flight came in at 3 AM and all the trains and buses are still closed. Tours suggested by the hotel were excellent esp with direct hotel pick up and drop off. Well maintained hotel: housekeeping keeping our room clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. Love the laundry. It has detergent already and easy to pay with Apple Pay. Has 2 massage chairs available while doing laundry is awesome. Gym well equipped compared to other hotels we have stayed. Needless to say location is best. My to go to in Seoul. Thank you for a great stay!"
