"No complaints with the staff as they were very friendly and professional. They were also good at English. The room was clean, but the hallways and bathroom had a sewage smell. There was continuous drainage noise from the next room that was loud. It woke me up at 2 in the morning because it got louder all of a sudden. Overall it was an okay stay but it would not be my first choice in Seoul."

It is also far from the main attractions we prefer and the airport bus is across a big intersection so if you have luggages like us, will have to walk a little bit. We like the amenities and coin laundry. Staff are all helpful."

"This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Spot on location close to transport links around Seoul and to Incheon airport and a 5min walk away from the main streets of Sinchon. The room was compact but super clean, as were the shared spaces. We enjoyed having access to tea, coffee and the kitchen facilities. Breakfast was simple (bread, spreads, cereal and noodles), but it was all we needed to start the day. Check-in/out was easy and completely contactless, and staff are quick to respond via message if you need anything. An excellent stay and glad we chose this place!"

"The property is well located in the Myeodong area. Subway is like 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat around the area. Quite convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Room size is sufficient. I would come back again. "

The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. "Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
