The hotel are clean and very close to Hangang river and train station. But the air-condition is not fantastic as it off automatically even when it is not to the temperature that I set.

Poor Check-in experience

Check in was a hassle. Very strict with 3pm check in, we arrived 2.20pm and said we are not allowed to check in yet even if room is ready. I asked for reconsideration, front desk agreed to 2.30pm and asked me to wait. So i literally stood in front of the check-in counter for 10 mins just to wait for 2.30pm to hit, then they allowed us to be check in. That is poor customer service for me, it is unnecessary to be that strict if you're in the hospitality business. Hotel is clean and new. It has a speakeasy bar on the ground floor. Location is good - infront of train station.
