These people do not answer either phone number & there is no answering device. No way to speak to them. They charged me twice for one booking. I booked a room & did not get a confirmation, so booked again & then immediately got a confirmation for BOTH. I booked through Expedia and was told the HOTEL declined a refund for the double booking because there is a no cancellation policy. The hotel will not answer their phone. This was really an Expedia problem, but they're using the Hotel as the excuse for the decline. So, I paid twice (double) for one night for my grandson who was traveling from Michigan to Florida. I will never use Expedia or this place again. Just be careful when you book.

Good morning ma'am.We only charged 1 reservation because he checked into the room.The other room was cancelled for you.I am unsure why they did not refund you but, we do not have your payment on our end.Please call us if you have any further issues with this reservation.
