The staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Temperature in the lobby was a little too chilly so could not sit there as we would have liked to. Building could use a bit of maintenance as it is pretty dinged up in many areas. All in all more positives than negatives.

The room was very large and easy to move around in. Bathroom was clean but would have been better if it was just a shower with glass doors. We loved the balcony and sat out there every morning and night. Elevator was down one time while we were there which sucked but they got it fixed quickly. Breakfast was good, something for everyone on the buffet. Pretty quiet overall, some pups barking in the hallway but very quiet at night when it mattered! We loved the deck with the chairs too. Staff was very friendly.

Elevator to upper floors was now available at check-in. Beach was wonderful. Breakfast was very good

Customer service is a must for me. The lady at the front desk was AMAZING. I believe her name is miss sharon or miss Shenna.
Very police. Really good attitude. Amazing personality. Some one that takes pride in her work.
And whatever she is getting paid. Clearly is not enough! She needs a raise
