This hotel was amazing. We’re right on the beach, clean hotel so much more than we were expecting. Trying to figure out what weekends we can come back!!!! Sherrie at the front desk was amazing!!!!!

Conveniently located. However, very poor cleaning. The floor felt like it had a lot of sand. I found a dead spider in the bathroom and dead roach in the living room. The shower wall felt slimy or like it had soap residue when I accidentally placed my hand on it. We traveled with a baby and no pack and play or crib was available. The queen beds looked more like a full size bed. I would not recommend it.

This property was awful. Floor Dirty and not advertised correctly. There was mold under the sink. Things were broken and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

There was no breakfast, indoor pool, or gym area like was stated along the stay...wasnt worth the price

Sir, you have our property confused with another perhaps you saw while searching online. We do not have nor do we advertise an indoor pool, breakfast, or a gym. If you will look at the booking site you booked with you will see that you have made an error in what you state we list. We would never list something we do not have available. We do have an outdoor pool. Which is listed correctly on the website you booked with. Many times when people are searching for hotels they view a lot of different properties. When they come back and book often times they forget which one has what. Perhaps that is where your confusion about the amenities is. I am sorry and hope you will review our location on the third party booking site so you can see that your review is unfair since we do not offer any of the things you listed. I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi Rachel. I am not sure what issues you had during your stay. I know you did not like the people beside you so we moved you and upgraded you. Other than this I am not sure how we deserved a low score as we went above and beyond to make you happy including the free upgrade.

Staff was amazing. Location was great. No on site breakfast, but close restaurants near by. We had a wonderful stay!!

I am highly disappointed in this stay. I have strayed there In the same room a few times and never had issues. However, this time the shower head was broken and you couldn’t take a proper shower, the soap holder was holding on by a screw and falling off and the chairs on the roof top were broken so we couldn’t sit up there. Also on top of that there was no manager to talk to you can’t call the hotel because nobody will answer and they kept trying to charge me 7 times before I even checked in when I chose to pay at trh property. I will not waste my money there again.

I know you were upset way before you checked in because you arrived very early with a pet to a non-pet property and could not check in early. Yes your card was attempted to be charged but declined. We charge the first night and in your case the 1 night stay in advance once the room can no longer be cancelled without penalty. The card you provided was declined. We had attempted to reach you about the declined card prior to your arrival with no response.Reservations have to have a valid card to be valid reservations. The card guarantees the reservation.The shower head is not broken. I just checked the it. The roof top deck has been closed since last year and is not open for anyone to use that is why the door was locked. We had to replace the lock after your departure because it was broke open to gain access to the roof.We are sorry that you were unhappy about not being able to check in early and since you were a repeat guest I would assume you knew we did not allow pets.We appreciate each and every guest that stays with us and we work very hard to try to make sure each visit is great. Sometimes regardless of what we do we can not make every guest happy. We just work harder to improve where we can. We have a window from 11 am until 4 pm to have all 71 rooms ready for the next guest. That is a very small amount of time to do all that we do. Which is why we could not get you in when you arrived hours before check in. I know this made you upset and feel that perhaps your review is a direct reflection of that issue and the fact that we are not animal friendly.I hope you enjoyed the one night here on the beach and wish you nothing but the best!
