Property has a very nice view, very good food and drinks but I would say it’s not worth it for the price. The food and drinks are over priced. We paid more for our room for the view but it was lacking cleanliness. Our washroom toilet was soiled with feces on it and the shower was not clean. I was the first one to use the shower and I saw that the shower curtain had red and yellow stains all over it and the floor was yellow. Our room was dusty. The table stand had dried up stains as well so we had to use the alcohol wipes we bought to reclean the surfaces. On the first day, we left our room with our clothes and other belongings on our bed and when we came back our clothes and belongings were on the dirty room couch with our beds made. Everything else was restocked which we appreciated but I was not aware that housekeeping would be touching the guests belongings. The following day we needed towels so I went up to a housekeeper that was cleaning a room and she was moving around some of the furniture in the room and cleaning up with gloves on. When I asked for towels she used the same soiled gloves from the guests room to give me clean towels. My sister and I also noticed that the bed duvet in not fully covered with a sheet. It is exposed and we saw that the duvet was soiled with stains on it. They were many red and yellow stains so we slept with our jackets on instead. The indoors and outdoor furniture was also very soiled with stains on it so we did not sit on those either.

All of the staff were very helpful and my overall experience was great. Special shoutout to Ron at the adventure sports kiosk and Mario who provided great service while we were at the pool. Also Norma took great care of our room and was very friendly and hospitable. All around great place. Definitely coming back.
