Staff unfriendly and not helpful at all. Outdated rooms and overall. They were late for my airport pickup. Breakfast there were few vegan options and I had to get my own coffee while many others around me were served.

I have stayed at Ubumwe severally but this particular time was a major dissapointment.The staff were rude,the foood was terrible and overall the service was below average. The room i was checked in was too noisy and even when i moved the other room was too small stuffy and overall not so clean.I was in room 509 and i did not enjoy my stay.
