Nice staff. Friendly and competent. The location is very good if you want to be near the walk streets, big hotels and offices. The property could use some updating but is in good condition. The outdoor bar area l is very nice. The fitness center is substandard and needs an overhaul.

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I had to extend my stay on short notice and it was an very easy process. They have been helpful in getting me transportation, currency exchange and several necessities.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Agnes and Dahlia at the spa are lovely and the services were excellent.
However, the rooms could use freshening up (but they were very clean), and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.
Breakfast was good and overall, the staff were wonderful!
