Fantastic staff and service. We were lucky to be upgrade to a much bigger room Anything we asked about was immediately resloved. The complimentary massage was great and breakfast offered much variety and selection. Would happily return to Heaven when in Kigali.

Literally heaven with outstanding restaurant

Posted 14 Feb 2024 on HotelsIt was a fantastic surprise to be in this hotel. I cannot say enough of everyone that works here. Everyone is very kind and that made us feel very welcomed and special. The food is delicious as well and the breakfast has many options. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I wish to come back.

Lovely well equipped rooms. Staff always ready to help. Good pool. Excellent breakfast and and two excellent restaurants. Reception always ready to help and arrange things. Great concept of facilitating the training of local Rwandans.
