The Hotel seems a bit old but still great. Great Staff, Huge room, Great Views. The Restaurant needs work, not too many options for dining as well.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch.
We especially loved the delicious breakfast spread they offered each morning.
Highly recommend!

Very disappointing hotel, I stayed there a few years ago and it was quite nice and clean. On my recent visit this week I was shocked how run down the pace was. People were smoking everywhere and the first room they gave me smelled like an ash tray. Paint peaking and the breakfast with very limited options. Very disappointing.

Great property in a great city! The staff are amazing!! Rooms are large, clean, lots of water pressure. I highly recommend this place!!

Although the room showed a bit of wear, it was very clean, had a great view, and the amenities were excellent (safe, slippers/bathrobe, tea and coffee in the room, bottled water, etc). The wifi was strong (the best I had in Rwanda) and the a/c worked well. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.
Everyone that worked there was helpful and accommodating, especially the front desk and the breakfast crew (thank you!)
My only complaint is that the listing on Expedia says they have a free shuttle to/from the airport. The shuttle is only free from the airport to the hotel. You have to pay $20 from the hotel back to the airport.
Overall, great hotel in the heart of Kigali!
