Very sparse room. Was clean but not very comfortable. Ok for just having a place to sleep and shower at a reasonable price point.

A comfortable and reasonably priced hotel
Posted 10 Jun 2022 on HotelsVery clean and conveniently located near the old town district. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable.
The staff were very friendly, and had spoke enough English to help us with anything we needed.
It is in the downtown district, and it can get a little noisy, but we didn't felt pretty safe.
The price was very good for the 2 nights we stayed.

Very overpriced and disappointing

The reception looks like something in a very cheap hostel. The room was very small, there was no tea and coffee maker as described and there wasn’t even a plastic cup in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room to use when brushing your teeth or to have a glass of water.
If this had been a €60-70 per night hotel I could have lived with it. BUT it’s NOT! It is highly overpriced!
The breakfast doesn’t offer a lot for German standards and the room is as cosy as a factory canteen in the 60’s.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

We regret, that you were not satisfied with your stay. We trie to avoid plastic in all areas, but it is possible to get all what you miss at the reception....

Everything was absolutely fantastic except the rooms for some reason is covered in hair meaning it hasn’t been cleaned after the last guest, considering the state of affairs. Cleaning should be taken seriously in all hotels and finding hair strands all over including my bed is unacceptable.

Great stay
Posted 21 Sep 2020 on HotelsWe had a really nice stay, the hotel is located in the heart of the city center and really close to a parking, where we could leave our car.
We emailed the hotel a couple of times and they were responsive and nice. The hotel was clean and the breakfast super good
