Understated Comfort
Posted 21 Apr 2019 on HotelsSo we booked this hotel because of the price and our desire to not stay in a hostel. It is a no frills hotel, but still gives you all the basics you might need. We found the location to be good and it was a walkable distance from many of the places we wanted to go. Never did get the TV to work in my room, but never spent much time in there to begin with. The staff was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the shower as well - came and started working on it within 5 minutes of me talking to them about it. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I come back to town.

Pros: Location, air con, good wi-fi.
Located close to the center of town. Internet usually works well. Friendly, helpful staff.

Clean, safe place near great Night Market for food
Posted 12 Feb 2017 on Hotels+ Clean, safe, great wifi and air con. Well located midway between AirCon bus station and the lake very close to the Night Market and an easy walk to Central Plaza. TV has English language channels
- Down a side street with has no name sign. Easy to find with map App but otherwise? Side street seemingly used as a short cut by motorbikes 07:30 to 08:00. Noisy at that time but otherwise quiet

Two Shitzu dogs welcoming you
Posted 17 Dec 2016 on HotelsThis was a homey experience. Staff were friendly throughout our stay of two nights on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Rooms came with a small balcony. It was basic but clean accomodation. We liked being able to walk to the train station and the night market. The two Shitzu dogs also added a homey touch.
