Staff was wonderful, restaurant and pool bar.. everything you want is at that hotel.

Most of the staff didnot speak English.
Just a couple of them at the Concierge desk spoke passable English. It was frustrating.
Secondly, the front office staff were not customer friendly, perhaps because of the inability to communicate in English.
The restuarant on the 7th floor where all meals were served had the roof leaking when it rained. Thai Tea was not part of the paidup breakfast cost. It cost nearly US$4.00 for a cup.

Brilliant place and will be my go to place in BKK going forward. Very close to the Phrom Phong BTS (literally 30 m away); good food choices in the hotel and nearby. Very close to EmQuartier mall. Lots of food and massage options nearby. Additionally, had a fabulous sky- resto: Mojjo and has a nice sky-bar. Really nothing to complain about. Much better than the Hyatt Place (further ahead) and is priced similarly. Surely, a repeat! Kudos!

The hotel was great centrally located. Was a awesome stay. We loved ALL the staff. Shout out to Oh the front desk was awesome loved him.
