The property was very run down!!! Stairs were a hazard; especially for someone using a cane! Toilet runs constantly or not flushing down! Both beds couldn’t watch tv from its angle. Had refrigerator & microwave directly under the clothes rack. Couldn’t get a receipt because of printer issues for a week!!

No elevator. White towels and washcloths looked liked they used them to scrub floors, they were stained and dingy dirt color.

Sheets and towels very discolored. If hard water should have dark towels not white. Sheets stained

Overall the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side and the toilet is small. Sufficient for a couple but not more. The breakfast area should have been bigger as it gets easily filled up. Items on the breakfast menu was normal, nothing fancy.

What I liked was the warm welcome from the staff. Very helpful and reassuring that if my family or I needed anything just to let her know. The provided food for breakfast hit the spot, and the kind staff lady let us grab some food an hour early because my mother and I were on hour earlier time zone and we showed up early not realizing it and she kindly let us sit and grab a coffee and toast. I will be back again this time with my daughter and grandson.🙂

It was quiet. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very small. The freezer needed to be defrosted big time!
