I used Expedia which said there was 2 food options at the location. There was not. Parking was on a first come first serve basis in a near lot, which thankfully was available. Stephen at the desk was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not comfortable and please get new pillows the ones in the room are worn out.

Very outgoing staff and very clean.
Lousy breakfast. Rooms next to the pool and inner bar are not sleepable before 2 am

Friendly and very well located property in the heart of Key West, right in the shopping and entertainment district, and 15mn walk from State beach. Old mansion, New Orleans style, our room has all we needed: private bathroom, balcony and salon area.
