Fridge broken they replace it and also not working AC doesn’t cool at all disaster

It was a terrible experience over there. Paying almost $400 per night for those rooms and the overall amenities, you are better off booking a real resort room. The worst that happened to me was beg bugs and when I called two days later, because I thought it was the mosquitos, but it wasn't, they just told me that there was nothing they could do or would do, no excuses, discount or anything, the place is not safe or clean and they don't care. Avoid!

Multiple guests have checked into the room you were in 2 months ago. Obviously there are no bed bugs. So obviously, no discount or refund.

The property is good, the staff are not friendly and there are too many mosquitoes, it is a plague they have, it is something uncontrollable when the sun goes down, it is fine to spend the day but not to spend nights there

The first day there had been a lot of rain so all the bars and restaurants were closed no entertainment. The next day was wonderful we had a great time!
