Reception staff, very friendly and helpful love the Hotel and the surroundings. Absolutely stunning clean very clean staff very friendly Hotel getting a tad tired but didn’t affect our holiday, like anywhere in the Keys, you have to drive to the shops restaurants et cetera but overall it was stunning great for a break

I love this place so much!! Absolutely beautiful, wonderful customer service and just what I needed to relax ! I can’t wait to come back!!

A bit Old School but super chill and relaxing
Posted 1 Mar 2024 on HotelsPositives- Stayed for 6 days (and I hope to stay there again), VERY clean room, one of the cleanest pools that I have ever seen and the rest of the grounds were spotless. Every employee that I interacted with was smiling, talkative and very helpful with any questions I had.
Negatives- Our bed could have used a new mattress-getting worn and it would have been great if the units and an oven because all we could do was cook on the cooktop and in the microwave.
Should consider installing key cards for the rooms instead of the old school metal keys. Upgrade the furniture to more modern.
