Great big swimming pool, but bicycles broken down and unfit for riding.

This was a very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean and islands in the background. The service was great and the restaurant food was delicious. I was on l there one night but would def stay there again.

I stayed with my family including kid. This room really comfortable and clean. The room space is enough for my kid to play there. View of ocean is so nice. Especially I enjoyed very much at pool, clean and big. Love this place and will come again next time.

Service at restaurant & reception a bit slow & unorganised but staff very friendly & accomadating. Great breakfast buffet. Hiring motorbike & tuk-tuk was no problem,quick & efficient.

Great little place off the beaten path

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kep Bay Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The pool area was great for our afternoon cooling down after touring the area and hiking in the Kep National Park. The hotel was a little bit of a walk from most things but that was ok with us. A tuk tuk to the other things was between $2-$3. The hotel staff helped arrange local tours and even our transit to Phu Quoc after our visit at very reasonable prices. We found it to be a great value. The provided breakfast was not overly extravagant but very good. We ate poolside a couple of times and the food was also good and the bar staff attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dissatisfied

Nice hotel but very disappointed with the Management. We were celebrating my husband's 62nd birthday. I emailed the manager to let him know twice. He never responded. The previous hotel we stayed in called the Kep Bay hotel to arrange a pick up for us. On arrival no one was there. We had called the hotel from the bus station but had difficulty being understood. When we arrived I asked to see the Manager but he was at his farm! I reminded the deputy manager re my husband's birthday on arrival. He said he would arrange the room to be made up with petels etc. On the morning of my husband's birthday I reminded him again. He said I should have informed them before and there would be a surcharge to make the room nice. I again reminded him I had sent an email and told him on checkin. I also asked for an ice bucket for a bottle of champagne I had brought my husband for his birthday, by the pool. We were the only 2 by the pool. He sent a beer create and tried to charge us for this! I asked to see him and took him to their bar to show him what an ice bucket looked like for champagne and expressed my disappointment in his penny pinching and lack of customer service and how he was ruining our celebration. We then got our ice bucket and room made nice with petels and heart shaped towels with no extra charge. I felt very let down by the Managers and feel they are not supporting their staff or looking after their customers.
