On arrival there was no offer of help moving my heavy case up an almost vertical stair/ladder. The room was devoid of any colour, white tiles throughout. Bathroom hardly big enough to swing a cat. Went out about 6.30 in the evening, coming back about 8.00pm only to find the property locked. After a few minutes a lady, I take to be a night porter came to unlock! Whilst I was out the next day a member of staff tried to get more money out of my Cambodian wife saying that I should have paid more. I'd already paid in advance through Expedia. Having paid for 4 nights I was so disappointed that we moved out that afternoon. It is a shame as having visited Kep a couple of times before I thought it looked like an ideal spot.

SAVE YOURSELF A PROBLEM AND DONT BOOK HERE-I HAVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD AND THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST-I BOOKED FOR 7 NIGHTS-ONLY STAYED 3-I LEFT- NO TV-NO HOT WATER- DOG BAKING AND CRAPS OUTSIDE THE DOOR- VERY DIRTY-LONG BALCK HAIR IN CORNERS AND BATHROOM- FRENCH CRUISEN- YES-VERY HIGH PRICE AND BAD FOOD SMALL POTION-- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very happy with accommodations. Clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice restaraunt in hotel.close to the beach.

No rooms available when we got there. Apparently they never check their emails. After I showed t No rooms available when we arrived. They had not checked their emails for a few days. After waiting for another hour in the soaring heat we were given a room behind the restaurant with a non working picture tube television. Don^the go here !, T

Hôtel bien situé, qualité honnête pour le tarif.

Pros: Situé au centre de tout. Restaurants, plage (décevante) et services. Les routes sont faciles et agréable pour la marche. Environ 2km des marchés
Cons: Comme plusieurs hôtels les salles de bain sont défraîchies.
Location: Plage . La mer est brumeuse et la plage est jonchée de détritus... mais un effort de nettoyage. Petits marchés, près de Kampot et parc national.
Pour nous Kep ne vaut pas le détour. Notre hôtel était bien mais après séjourné 10 jours à Otres Beach, disons que Kep ne valait pas le détour. Toutefois l’établissement Brise de Kep est honnête et le personnel agréable et avenant.

Fantastic location, but totally run-down hotel

This hotels proves that a hotel can exist for decades without the slightest hint of maintenance. When we arrived we had to fight to get a remote control for the A/C that we had paid for. They tried with some 3-4 remotes from other rooms which did not work either (totally different brands, so no surprise) and moved us to a room where we could turn the A/C on and off, but not adjust the temperature. Nothing in the bathroom worked properly. Low water pressure, no hot water, leaking sink and a constantly dripping faucet made the floor constantly wet and slippery. The room had appearently not been cleaned for ages, big spiderwebs on the lamps and under the bed, and dusty everywhere. (Yes, I know it is a beach hotel and sand will enter, but this was OLD dirt) The mattress was not too bad for sleeping, neither too hard or too soft, but the linen were dirty and we had a feeling they hadn't been changed for a while. In addition to this the bedsheet was far to small, so we found ourselves lying directly on the far from clean mattress when we woke up at night. On the good side food is excellent and the location the best Kep can possibly offer. Nice and service minded staff, generally, but with very limited understanding if foreign languages. We'll probably never return, however, du to the total lack of cleanliness.

Ok hotell till det priset, man får det man betalar för. Ok restaurang, prisvärd.
