No refrigerator in the room, no microwave in the room. The water has a weird smell.

Not all of our rooms have refrigerators or microwaves in them. The water smell is the way the water smells in this town. We do have a water softener here at the hotel but it only does so much.

The hole place looked like it was going to fall down. Where it is located it looked like it was Condemned and in the middle of trailer trash, USA

I'm disappointed that you think our town is trailer trash. I would put us more at country folk in the middle of a corn field. Although there are a few things we are working on fixing the place isn't going to fall down anytime soon.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! With the property so close to the timeline between eastern and central, possibly list it's time zone. We arrived an hour early for check in after driving a very long time. The staff tried to find us another room, but it wasn't possible with our needs. The exterior of the building was not great, but that didn't affect the stay, weeds and broken building parts, nasty ashtray on top of the garbage can right outside the front door.

I’m so glad our staff was so helpful to you. I will let them know. I will look into adding our time zone to our property information. Although, we too don’t like to see the ashtray out front it is a necessity to keep cigarettes off the ground. We are working on those weeds. The rainy season lets them grow but doesn’t give us much of an opportunity to pull them. Thank you for your review and we look forward to seeing you again.

The out side of the building was in repair. Drive way had big pot holes. Luggage cart had flat tiers. Staff said they had reported it but nothing happened. Room was nice.need reading lambs by bed. One lamp ,light, in whole room. Looing out window, shed with junk all around.

Can not cakl it a breakfast- 4 danish- that’s all- no fruit, no eggs, no wafflemaker, nothing- keurig coffee. The worst I have ever seen at a hotel.

Im saddened to hear that you are not happy with our breakfast and coffee amenities. However, we don't advertise as having more than an on-the-go(grab n' go) breakfast that can easily be grabbed and taken with you. This is exactly how it is described on the third party website you booked with. We have a keurig in the lobby so guests can have fresh coffee 24/7.

Forced to stay in a room with black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. No staff help.

Our rooms don't have mold in them and we don't force our guests to stay in rooms. I checked the issue when you said something to me when you checked out. Everything was fine.
