Very quaint hotel just steps away from the tube. Super easy to travel anywhere you need in the city. It's a great location with lots of restaurants around. Would definitely stay again.

The entrance is lovely. Very clean and nice. Rooms are a bit tired. The beds are comfortable. A bit disappointed that despite using the hotel every month for a year now for cancer treatment at the local hospital, the receptionist asked if this is our first time there. Obviously their system doesn’t show repeat bookings. Convenient to the tube station.

We have stayed at this hotel five times and love it for the convenience of access to a tube station across the street multiple dining options and the Victoria and Albert Museum

The AC was not working well and they upgraded me to a diplomat suite because of the inconvience

I believe the property management has been changed since we had bad experience this time compared with previous. Firstly we had asked for upgrade before arriving and the hotel was giving different prices every time even though the hotel agreed with price which suddenly I received the payment link with a different price! ( wasting time) Secondly we booked a category where can be 2 single beds or 1 double bed and I informed the hotel that we need a 2 single beds but informed us that only one double bed available. Once we arrived at the reception we had again asked for 2 single beds but the reception informed us it is available with additional charges!! Even though the category as per its website can be 2 single beds or 1 double bed within same category and same price!! Third, housekeeping not bringing waters to the room, we asked the reception and we have been informed the water only for executive category!! ( I had never experienced this) and (do you think the bottle of water is additional facilities for executive!) Anyway the staff are friendly and all the points I mentioned are related to operating and management which I believe they can do better if they will take them into consideration
