The location is good. Close to Earls Court station, restaurants and grocery stores.

Posted 13 Sep 2018 on HotelsGreat place and good location. staff very welcoming and helpful. lots of plates pots & pans for cooking, also fridge to store food, also great wall mounted TV with many good channels , If I had to pick a small thing no bin bags in kitchen and no surface cloths for wiping up. that aside I would highly recommend.

Please do not stay there
Posted 1 Sep 2018 on HotelsI was going to stay one week, but I decided to book one day before that so I could se the place. Thankfully, I did that. The place had holes in the walls, old carpet, missing pieces in the shower... The stairs smell like cigarettes. You can stay in a much better place with the same amount of money.

Posted 31 Jul 2018 on HotelsYou get what you pay for. Room was small and dingy, which I could live with for 1 night. Location was great.
More bothered by the fact that reception tried to charge my card again despite the being fully paid for. She only checked after I refused over and over (this was a reward night, and I saw some comments about suspicious charges on other reviews), and showed me a slip to say payment was only held, not charged. The name on the slip wasn't mine. When I pointed that out, she just said "mistake", no apologies. I cannot be sure if it was an honest error.

No proper ventilation
Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsMy first few days was in a tiny room with no Air conditioners. It only has an extractor fan. I had to open up windows during the day.
Daily change of towels is the only service rendered. My six days wa on the same bedsheet

Dirty carpet dirty sink dirty bed with black water mark around the divan base broken plastic chair no power in the light socks bath room have grout stains in sink and toilet seat
