"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. The location was great - within walking distance to a lot of London’s main attractions. Will definitely stay again for future trips to London. "
"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "We have stayed in a great many hotels over the years but have wanted to stay here many times but couldn’t. Now this will be the first to contact everything was great. From location to the standard of everything regarding the hotel. Food cleanliness the staff standard of room just couldn’t fault anything.i worked in hotels so I’m fussy so I’m thrilled. Well done everyone!!!!!superb I every way"
"Every staff member at the hotel, without exception, made me feel welcomed, safe while attending me with respect, good humour, and professionalism. I can not say enough good things about ALL the front desk staff. They treated me as though I were a friend or an elderly uncle, navigating me through the tube strike, to the point of taking me down the front steps of the hotel to point me in the right direction. The chap responsible for breakfast was hospitable and kind. My room was exceptional value, clean and well appointed. I strongly recommend this hotel. To all the staff: THANK YOU and BLESS YOU!!"
"Good but not excellent. On checking in, it was slow your not greeted with a smile, concierge was definitely really faultless, room service was excellent, we didn’t want the room serviced as we had an early start with make up/hair stylists coming to the room, I placed a full bin outside the door hoping they would have the sense to replace it, they didn’t. The bathroom sanitary box was Empty only one toilet roll in place, had to ask reception for coffee as there was only tea in the room. It’s the little things which are also important. I would stay at the hotel again as it’s in a good location. I think the Hilton just needs to polish up on the small things, otherwise a great stay. "
"I had a lovely stay at the Ember Locke Kensington this summer! The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic bar and restaurant down in the lobby area. The room was fantastic and all of the staff were very kind & helpful. There's great options for food and pubs in the area & it's easy to hop on the bus or the tube to get around the city. I'd certainly recommend staying here! "
"Hotel is in a great location, close to the underground, cafes, restaurants and museums. Rooms and elevators are small and carpet needs an upgrade. I would stay here again!"
