"This was my second visit to this hotel. I chose to return because of the location and overall pleasantness of the hotel. Staff is accommodating, rooms are clean (definitely on the small side, but what youd expect for central london), and the price is fair. This visit we had a room with a small balcony which was very nice! Breakfast was nothing special, bet adequate and plentiful. They will make espresso or cappuccino if you want t."

"The hotel is in a lovely area, in a quiet street near beautiful London park. The staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive.
Breakfast was delicious and well organised.
Room small but had very nice shower and comfy bed. Little sofa to sit down was also good. Nice lighting options.
My only reservation was the room was cold, it took a while to resolve the issue and this was very disappointing.
The swimming pool was very nice, but steam room and jacuzzi not working, which was a real shame and one of the reasons for booking this hotel."
"Gorgeous lobby. We visited over Christmas & was welcomed with mulled wine & mince pies 🎄 Room was very clean and cosy. Excellent location very close to 2 tube stations taking us where we needed to be. Also surrounded by lots of shops & restaurants. "
"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again."
"I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is phenomenal- 5 minutes walk to the Natural History Museum and the V&A, a few more to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and about 20 steps from Gloucester Rd tube which is on the Piccadilly line for easy access to and from Heathrow. Great selection of food all around it. The hotel itself is beautiful and the well maintained despite the old building. Front desk staff and concierge were all super sweet and helpful. We were too busy touristing to eat there but it looked very popular and smelled great. I would definitely recommend it. We got a family room, it was a little small and the single bed turned out just to be a cot they had brought in to a queen room, so it was a bit squished but we enjoyed our stay none the less. "
