All in all it was a very good stay at the property. I thank the staff for transferring me to another room when the room they originally had me in was not clean and I thank them for that. I did have a quiet stay otherwise.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for one night. The area was safe and quiet. There were several options for eating. The check in/out process was easy convenient. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. Plus the room had a nice, fresh scent and didn’t smell like cleaning products. Loved it!

They illegally kicked us out and entered our room when we were at work. We paid for the day and they said that they didn’t know or have record even though I had the confirmation that it went through through Expedia they didn’t even try to contact us before they went in the room to ask us if we had or will pay for the room. After they entered the room, they contacted my boyfriend at 11:18 on 18 minutes after checkout they stated as if we were targeted they stated that we had to leave when we got off of work due to the condition of the room is a short video I have the video showing how we left the room and it is cleaner than when we arrived that’s for sure. Now we paid for a night and we have nowhere to go all because the receptionist don’t like me or has something against me. She was very rude on a few occasions when I had to deal with her. She wouldn’t even give me a room key or access to anything even though the Expedia account was in my name, and I could prove that to her.

False review. Guest(s) were evicted for room damage and urinating in the room. Their long-winded review has zero merit. We now are deep-cleaning their room and have lost revenue due to their actions. 2nd person in room was Paul Casity.
