The customer service was very good, everyone was very nice and breakfast was great. I liked that this location allows pets and that they have a pool. I wished there was a small space "pet area" so my pet could do her business. The room was ok but definitely upgrades, repairs and deep cleaning could make a big difference.

Facility was dirty and smelled foul. Room was not clean upon arrival. Carpet was filthy and sticky.

The hotel staff is excellent and goes above and beyond for their customers at this hotel. One staff member shined; Carolyn was her name. This hotel has good employees, for sure.
