I did a reservation for this hotel and I come today at 1:00am I am very disappointed because in the lobby, nobody is there. I just got here. Very tired with supposed to. My room is waiting for me which is already paid, but nobody’s here to open. I want my money back

Truly disgusting place to sleep even for one night, we ended up leaving after seeing the condition of the mattress and bedding. Stains, burn marks, dirt... just plain gross. Lots of people loitering outside, very shady place

Check-out says 11 a.m., kicked out at 9:45 a.m. Was given part of my deposit, was told it was for the mess in a previous rental room, even though that room ALSO had a deposit. Which was never given back. Rooms have broken appliances, broken toilets, dirty carpets, stained mattresses. Rooms smell like mold, which management blamed on us. Only brightside was one lone young lady at reception in the evenings. Who was the most kind soul.

The girl at the front desk was nice but the room dirty the bathroom looked like the mirror wasn’t clean the smell was horrible but it smell like dog it wasn’t cleaned I didn’t stay there

I booked a reservation weeks ahead and I had booked a deluxe king suite I arrive and they tell me they don’t have that available anymore and they gave me a two queen room no dining table dirty sheets sticky floors bathroom cabinets completely broken I got half used toilet paper it’s the worst and so old don’t go there they allow dogs inside and someone stepped on dog doodoo and it was everywhere on the carpet on every level and steps nobody cleaned it my whole stay the pics advertise look nothing like the room they gave me deff false advertisement and a scam!
