Everything was great, but the room faces route one and was very noisy from all the traffic.

Double-queen room was not available even though I booked days in advance. Was put into two wheelchair-accessible rooms w/ bathrooms.
I was charged for an additional room, but the management said they reverted the charge next morning - they were kind about it, but it's 4 days later and I am still seeing a pending charge.
