Loved the hot tub after walking Kennebunkport. Plus the phone call to let us know we had accidently left something in the room and they were holding it at the desk for us. The staff was just excellent

Nice staff. Beautiful, charming property, clean, cute, but dated. Old wood floors so hallways, as well as rooms above were loud. Our tv didn't work & our son's room smelled of septic. When using the handrail on the stairs my Mom got a huge splinter in her thumb from the old, wood railing. We had to stop to buy tweezers to remove it. Should have been less in price per room.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean, right space, nice indoor pool. We stayed in the month of April but would love to return during the warm weather. I recommend this place.

Last year the hot tub was not working and this year it still is not working.

Stayed for the Christmas Prelude and while a bit away from town (1.5 miles) the staff was awesome, our room was clean and comfortable and we had our own private deck. Would definitely stay again! 🎄
