The room was smelly… they don’t do the appropriate maintenance to the rooms… I won’t come back.

Cheaper to buy on expedia than buying it on site. Good room, clean and the restaurant in front (smoke) is really delicious

The quality of our stay was positively enhanced by Drew. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and to the town of Kennebunk. Drew was friendly and courteous checking in to ensure our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the area! Many thanks!

Customer service on the evening of 5/22/24 was wonderful. Safe, clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations. Bathroom clean, air conditioner worked quickly, comfortable bed. Would recommend for some R&R

Really cute Hotel conveniently located near Kennebunk port. Hotel manager was friendly and helpful. No housekeeping was inconvenient when staying multiple nights.

We have stayed at this property before the pandemic many times. We used to love the cleanness, friendliness and the amazing breakfast. This is why we came back. We checked in a little after 7. The receptionist was nice but not friendly nor did she once smile. But that’s fine. Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine but nothing that stands out. The lobby was boring with absolutely no holiday decorations I was shocked as i remember a crowded lobby in the past with people and full of decorations. I was told breakfast was being served 8:30 to 10. My mom went for breakfast and found that they served toast, muffins and bananas. I thought it was a joke. Went myself and of course it was true. I shared with the receptionist my disappointment but she said nothing and clearly could have cared less. This is the same woman who assisted with my check in the night before. Young man walked behind her as if he was doing the inventory and kept walking as if he didn’t hear me. We checked out and went our way. We checked in Sat. 12/9 and checked out 12/10. I wouldn’t stay at this property again boring and extremely disappointed. Have friendly staff work for you that want to be there, make it a holiday spirit and have a decent breakfast. We paid $298, yikes 😳

My only disappointment was the breakfast. Maybe cold cereal with milk would be a good addition

Wonderful staff. Really liked the cleanliness except pillows needed refreshing. Great access. Nice breakfast bar.
